About The Happiness Program


In today’s demanding, distracting world the mind is stuck in the past and the future. But happiness is here and now. It cannot be experienced when one is stuck regretting yesterday or worried about tomorrow. One discovers their unlimited power and freedom - not as a concept, but as a direct experience, in the Happiness Program.

The centerpiece of The Happiness Program is SKY®, a powerful breathing technique that uses specific, natural rhythms of the breath to release stress at the deepest level, and also balance and integrate mind, body and heart. SKY gives a glimpse into the power of one's own being which is a part of consciousness which is vast.

By the end of three short sessions of 2 hours each, one is equipped with specific techniques that one can practice every day. The value of these practices is both cumulative and immediate and benefits continue to increase over time.
